Black Professionals in the Talent Mobility Industry
Black Professionals in the Talent Mobility Industry
The Mobility Collective was founded in 2023 , by Kelly West. Kelly brought together a group of talent mobility leaders who recognized the need for an organization dedicated to amplifying greater opportunities for inclusion in the industry. Since then, we have grown into a thriving nonprofit, with members around the globe.
Our team is made up of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of those we serve. From In-House Mobility Professionals to a diverse array of Supplier Partners, we focus on building a strong community of qualified leaders in our industry.
